Make Apple Cider Vinegar Easily

To make apple vinegar, you need to prepare about 6 – 8 apple peels and cores, a little water, 60g of sugar or 2 tablespoons of honey, a strainer, and a glass jar for vinegar storage.
– First, collect the peels and cores from the apples you have eaten. Then, put them all into the glass jar. Mix honey or sugar with water (the amount of water depends on the size of the jar and the quantity of ingredients), and pour it into the jar so that the water covers all the apple peels and cores.

– Use your hand to press tightly to ensure that the apple peels and cores are completely submerged in water – this will be better in the initial stage of the fermentation process. After a week, you will see a significant change in color of the apple vinegar mixture.
– Notice a thin layer of foam forming on the liquid surface, that’s satisfactory. Let it soak for another week.
– Strain the apple vinegar through the strainer to remove the residue, then pour it back into the jar. Place a thin piece of cloth on top of the jar, cover it with the lid. The cloth helps protect the lid from vinegar corrosion.
